The starboard hull is fully devoted to the owners stateroom with desk and ensuite bath.  The port hull features two staterooms sharing a good sized bathroom with separate shower.

And the Lucia 40 is fun to sail too! The captains helm is raised and all lines and winches are within easy reach with one of the 3 winches being electronic to handle the mainsail.
