Well, FP is a french company. So ultimately, everyone ends up paying them in Euros.  (Yes, shipping, commissioning, fees, etc can be in Dollars)

By padding price they show you, that's how.  Sometimes it's just a few percentage points.  But if the exchange rate drops it can be quite a bit.  Even a small change can be quite a bit on a million Euro boat.
